最近在Newcastle办公室遇到个头疼事，我们部门要招个senior analyst，我作为panel member面了三个candidate，technical skills都很强，但最后和line manager意见完全不一致！我觉得A沟通能力yyds，但manager觉得B的industry experience更匹配。大家遇到这种情况怎么处理啊？特别是英国职场这种集体决策的场景，求支招！
